OK … time to share my experience again. The quick version - If you go to anyone else but these guys, turn around. Tim graciously fixed my mistake a couple years ago (in my bus) and after traveling two years … I decided I owed it to myself to get a good stereo. Talked to Tim. He showed me what would work best and two hours later, my life changed (at least my trips changed). UNBELIEVABLE!! My bus is 2002 and these guys made the system look like it was built with the bus (except 24 years newer). GOS? A backup camera? Touch screen? And the SOUND? I always had to have a Bluetooth speaker right by my ear because my previous system sucked and I couldn’t hear anything. I just can’t say enough about this stereo place. They will hook you up 100%. Fair. Honest. Timely. Again … thanks to Tim for showing me how enjoyable driving a bus can be.

Got some upgrades for my 2016 Toyota Corolla last week at Connections Car Audio and Electronics in Gainesville, FL, including new speakers, an upgraded radio with a backup camera, keyless entry. Everything is working great, and I’m really enjoying the improvements. Tim took the time to go over all my options, provided a written quote, and patiently answered my questions while I made my decision. I never felt pressured or pushed into anything, which made the experience very comfortable. As a woman, I especially appreciated how respectful and welcoming the environment was. I was also impressed that everything was completed in just one day, making the process quick and convenient. I would highly recommend Connections Car Audio and Electronics to anyone looking to upgrade their vehicle. Great customer service, quality work, and a smooth overall experience!

I’m so happy! I thought I needed to replace my backup camera, but Tim was able to fix what was there, so it cost way less than I expected! Very friendly and fast service. Highly recommend Connections Car Audio and Electronics.

I actually came in for an IID installation, I did a drop off, which took all of 2 minutes. I checked in via text around my appt time and got an immediate text saying it was about done and I could come scoop my car, everything done same day. Came in and the owner, Tim, who also did the install, got me paid up (3% savings if you pay in cash) was very kind and knowledgeable. He clearly explained how the equipment worked, let me know all the important bits, gave me extra mouthpieces no charge, explained again in my car and took me through the first round to make sure I understood what was needed for starting up. The entire process from booking appt to driving out was a lot easier than I had expected. Equipment adds all of an extra minute to getting on the road but it’s about as painless as it could be. I even got a text to make sure I managed to get home without any problems. Super glad I chose to come there, everything really was fast and pleasant. Thanks a bunch Tim!

I had a fantastic experience at Connections Car Audio and Electronics! Tim and Jeremy were terrific, friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to excellent customer service. They installed my car audio system quickly and efficiently, finishing everything in under an hour without hassle. The prices were unbeatable, and it was clear they know their stuff about car subs and audio systems. If you want to upgrade your car’s sound system, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
